A 90-minute lesson that goes over the basics of paddling and maneuvering the board.

 

Start with getting on and off the board. This dry-land introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding will include an SUP warmup, water safety and proper etiquette.

Next, get out on the water! You’ll go from your belly to your feet in no time. Your instructor will cover proper standing techniques, paddling techniques, turning and maneuvering. Before you know it you'll be mastering going over and through small waves.
